CHAPTER 1
WESTON
“Sexy, loving, and passionate twenty-three-year-old virgin with a great smile wants to find her very own cherry popper.
Must have at least ten inches, an outgoing personality, and sense of humor. Must know how to use said inches.
I am looking for an experienced, mature, loving, and smart man to discover and enjoy together all the sexy things that life has to offer.”
“What the hell is this, Thomas?” I asked. “What in the world did I just read? My eyes are bleeding.”
I didn’t know if I should laugh at the ridiculous text or find the writer and fuck her silly—excuse me, pop her cherry with my ten inches—because, per her requirements, I was more than qualified to get the job. Ten inches and all. I felt like I was in high school all over again. That was the last time I’d ever heard of someone being a virgin. In my world, virgins just didn’t exist. They were fucking unicorns. Who would want a virgin anyway? I wanted a woman who knew what she was doing. Fuck that. I wanted a woman who knew how to suck dick like her life depended on it, not some prude who would faint when she saw one.
My head of security looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here. His jaw clenched, and he popped his knuckles like he always did when stressed.
I raised my eyebrows and tapped my fingers on my desk in irritation.
He cleared his throat to gain some time, stalling. It was clear that this was a severe problem that he didn’t know how to break to me, and he’d rather be back in a war zone than have this conversation.
“Just spit it out,” I said. “I don’t have time for this shit. And sit down.” I gestured at the chair in front of my desk.
“It seems this is an ad that was placed on various sites—using the company computer. And IP. It can be traced back to us. If someone were to come looking, that is.”
I closed my eyes and grabbed my desk so hard that my knuckles turned white.
“Fuck,” was the only reaction I could muster. The press would have a field day with this one. I really couldn’t have a scandal of this nature on the eve of my biggest deal ever. “Who placed the ad? I want HR to fire her immediately.”
I shook my head in disgust. Some people were incredible. You give them a job, and they try to fuck you over. And then there were people like Thomas who were worth their weight in gold.
“That’s the problem, Mr. Young. I thought that it might be better to not inform HR about this. The fewer people who know about this issue, the better. I thought that maybe you could talk to her. At this point, there is only you, me, and the IT guy who know about this problem.” He frowned. “And her boss, Hellman.”
“And her.”
“Yes, Mr. Young. Miss Angel. Sara Angel. She works in accounting.”
I tried to remember a Sara in accounting, but my mind drew a blank.
“According to her human resources file, she transferred here two months ago from Ohio. There were no problems with her. Until now, that is. She seems to have integrated fine with the company, although the file does not say why she left her hometown to move here.
A virgin from a small town who had no reason to be here, fucking with my deal. So, I’d send her back home where she belonged.
I sighed heavily and tried to calm my nerves and my pounding head. I was fucking tired; I just wanted to go home and sleep for a week. I couldn’t do that, of course, because I had a deal to close and an angel to fire.
“Can the IT guy do damage control? Tell him to erase all the traces that can lead to us and delete the ads on all those sites. Tell him he’s got a big raise coming if he manages to do all that.”
“He’s already working on deleting all traces from our side.” He shook his head. “I don’t know about the ad sites. That will require a little bit of hacking.”
“Jesus. Just what I needed this week. Just get it done, okay?”
He nodded. “Do you want her fired, sir?”
“Of course I want her fired, Thomas. Find Miss Angel and send her to my office.”
“Certainly, sir. I can do that right now. She’s outside waiting to come in. I have Ryan keeping an eye on her.” He pulled out his phone. “Ryan, please tell Miss Angel to come to Mr. Young’s office. I will leave you to it, sir. I will wait outside in case you need me.”
I laughed. “Chicken.” I knew he’d prefer to suffer torture rather than witness my conversation with Miss Angel.
I couldn’t wait to see what Miss Angel looked like. My curiosity was instantly satisfied when Miss Sara Angel appeared in my office’s doorway and left me speechless. She deserved her name.
Angel. That’s what she was.
She was all tits and curves with strawberry blonde hair and a plump bottom lip. I wanted to nibble on that bottom lip. Sweet devil on a rainbow. I was instantly rock hard, and I had a feeling things would not go the way I’d predicted.
I cleared my throat. “Come in, Miss Angel. And close the door, please.”
She closed the door and walked towards me. She had a sexy walk, gently swaying her hips. I wanted to bend her over my desk and pop her cherry. Such crude thoughts.
I extended my hand to her. “Miss Angel, I’m Weston Young.”
She walked forward and extended her hand. “Sara Angel. It’s a pleasure to meet you, sir.”
I took her hand in mine and felt an electric spark when our skin touched. She quickly withdrew her hand, her eyes widening a fraction.
I took a deep breath to regroup then gestured toward the chair in front of my desk.
She stopped and began playing with a strand of hair, avoiding my gaze as if suddenly unsure of herself. An unconscious gesture, I was sure.
Good. I wanted to keep her on her toes.
“Sit down, please, Miss Angel. How long have you been working here?”
“Two months, sir. Is everything okay?” Her voice was a little shaky as she finally took her seat.
I ignored her question. “Do you like your job?”
She frowned a little, looking taken aback by my question. “Yes, sir. It’s a good position, and I enjoy the work very much.”
A little baffled by her very serious and professional demeanor, I kept asking questions, since she did not seem the type to post that kind of ad on the internet.
“I see. Tell me, Miss Angel, have you been using the company computer for personal use?”
She blushed crimson and played with her hair again. “I... did. I’m sorry; I didn’t think it was such a big deal.”
Disappointment filled me. I had so wanted her to be innocent.
“I’m sorry. I hope I haven’t done anything inappropriate. It’s just that my roommate moved in with her boyfriend two weeks ago, and I needed to find a new one. That’s why I placed that ad.”
I frowned. “Roommate?” She’d lost me
. “That is not the ad I’m speaking of. I was referring to the other ad. The one more… sexual in nature.”
She frowned and blushed again. I guessed she might be a virgin with all the blushing going on. “Sexual? What in the world are you talking about?”
I handed her the file with the ad for her to read.
Her eyes filled with shock after she read the ad. “I didn’t place this ad. My God, are you kidding me? I need a roommate, not a sugar daddy. I work and take care of myself. I don’t need a man to do that.” Her face was a mixture of sadness and embarrassment.
“Are you saying that what the ad says is untrue? Do you deny writing it?”
She blushed again, and her blue eyes went cloudy. It was really charming for some obscure reason, and I stared at her porcelain skin and plump lips. Her breasts heaved with anger.
“It’s none of your business. My friend Lexi wrote the ad a week ago. She came to pick me up one night. She was just messing around. I forgot she even wrote it.” Her voice shook, and I could see the fury burning hot and wild inside her.
Good—she had claws. I liked that a lot. “But you see, this is my business, Miss Angel. If this gets out, the press will have a field day. I’m in the middle of a big merger. The owner of the other company is an older gentleman with family values, and if this thing gets to the press, he might pull out of the deal.”
She took a deep breath and looked at me with a defiant lift of her chin. “I’m sorry, but I didn’t place the ad using the company computer. I don’t know who did. Maybe have your security investigate before making assumptions about people and treating them like criminals.”
“I believe you,” I said.
I knew it sounded crazy, but for some unknown reason, I believed her. Maybe my dick was thinking for me since I had been rock hard since she entered my office. It didn’t matter. I’d become so successful because I knew how to read people. And my gut told me she was no liar.
“I’m glad you believe me, but it doesn’t matter anymore. I’m leaving.” She got up and left before I could stop her.
That night, I dreamed about her and woke up all sweaty and hard. I had to finish myself off twice before I could get any sleep. And then I woke up hard as a rock and still thinking about her, shocked by my reaction. That hadn’t happened to me since I was a pimpled teenager.
I took a quick shower and hurried to my office, asking to speak to her again that morning only to find out she had been fired by Hellman the day before. I now understood why she’d left my office so abruptly. I didn’t want her fired, but maybe it was for the better. I didn’t have time for woman drama this month. I had to close my deal.
What the hell was wrong with me? This was the first time I’d had this reaction toward a woman.
I had to see her and ask her out. Maybe I could fuck her out of my system and get back to my merger. But if she really was a virgin, things might get messy.
CHAPTER 2
SARA
“Hellman fired me yesterday,” I said to Lexi. I was so upset by what had transpired the day before that I just went home and went to bed. We were in my living room, eating ice cream and drinking wine. Well, I was eating ice cream. Lexi drank wine.
“Why? What did Hellman do? I swear you have the creepiest boss ever,” Lexi said.
“Hellman called me into his office yesterday afternoon and told me my job had been made redundant and he had to let me go. Then something weird happened. I was summoned into Weston Young’s office. He showed me that “cherry popper” ad you wrote as a joke when you were at my office last week and threatened to find me a man to fix my ‘virginity problem.’ He told me it was posted on various sites using my computer.”
Lexi’s face turned white, and she put her right hand over her mouth. “OMG, Sara, I’m so sorry. You know I was just joking. Wait a minute. He called you after Hellman fired you?”
“Yes, that’s why I said it was weird. Hellman had already fired me. I told Weston Young I didn’t place the ad, and I left after that. He didn’t believe me, so I just left his office. It didn’t make sense to try to make him believe me.”
She groaned. “I’m really sorry that I wrote that stupid ad, Sara. I can’t believe you lost your job because of it. Don’t worry. You can stay with me until you find another job. I leave for Europe in two days. You can move in while I’m gone so you don’t have to pay next month’s rent.”
I waved my hand. “Don’t worry about it. I already paid my rent for next month while I still had the cash, then I sent ten resumes this morning. I’m sure something will come up.”
I rubbed my forehead and took another sip of wine. We were both sitting on the couch in my small apartment drinking wine and eating chocolate ice cream.
“Ice cream and wine is gross.” I sighed, and Lexi laughed.
“You know that’s why I’m sticking to wine,” she said. “You paid your rent; you sent resumes. You know, you have your shit together for someone who just lost her job. So why don’t you want to go ice skating? I know how much you like it.”
“Lexi, I’m sorry. I know we had planned to go ice skating tonight, but I’m not in the mood. The fact that I was fired and I can’t afford rent without a roommate is not my biggest problem.” I laughed, and Lexi looked at me as if I’d lost my mind. “My dad called again. He wants me to go to the wedding. He said the evil stepsister is family. Maybe he’s right. So what if she marries my former boyfriend? After all, we’re adults. I should be able to do that, right? Maybe I can hire someone to go with me to the wedding. A professional escort, you know? I can’t go through all of that wedding nonsense by myself.”
I expected a sympathetic expression from her, but when I looked up, I got her no-nonsense lawyer expression instead. I groaned, knowing what would follow.
“Is this the reason we’re drinking and eating ice cream? Your evil stepsister and her stupid marriage? I thought you were upset that you got fired. Sweetie, you don’t have to go to that wedding if you don’t want to. I know you love your father, but this is ridiculous.”
I rolled my eyes. “Of course that’s why I’m stuffing my face with carbs. My ex is marrying my sister. And I have to go to the wedding, which is fine. I can deal with all of that. What I can’t deal with is my sister’s gloating. And I don’t have a date, a dress, or great shoes. And I just got fired by my asshole boss. My life sucks.” I ate another mouthful of ice cream. Now that I’ve voiced my situation out loud, it’s even worse than it was in my head. "I want to cry and stay in bed for a month. Eating ice cream, of course. I think I’m going crazy. And I think I want to bang the asshole who fired me.”
“Hellman? Hell, no, girl. I will have you committed before you do that!”
I laughed at Lexi’s horrified expression and took a sip of wine. “Not Hellman, silly. Weston Young. It’s official; I’m going crazy.”
“You’re not going crazy, sweetie. That’s the wine talking. You’ll feel better in the morning.”
I threw her a doubtful look.
She raised her hands in surrender. “All right, all right, you win. You will probably feel like shit in the morning. Anyway, don’t worry about it. Just skip the wedding and stay here. I’m sure you’ll find a job soon. Now tell me about that boss of yours you want to bang.”
“Former boss,” I correct her. “He’s intense.”
She tilted her head, bemused. “Intense. What the hell, Sara. I thought he was must be hot if you wanted to lose your virginity to him.”
“He is hot, silly. There is just something so sexy about a man in a nice tailored suit. And when he looked at me with those damn blue eyes, I forgot about everything. He made me feel funny things inside. You know, when I entered his office, my heart skipped a beat. He took my breath away. He has this quiet strength about him. I understand why women go crazy for him. You should hear what the girls at the office say about him.”
Lexi looked at me funny. “I have never heard you talk about a guy like this—not even your ex. You never told m
e you have a crush on your boss.”
I rolled my eyes. “How can I have a crush on him if I just met him? But enough about me and my life. Tell me what you have been doing since we last saw each other.”
She shrugged. “There’s not much to say. I know we haven’t seen each other since last week, but I’ve been busy. You know how much I love my job. Plus, I have a chance to get a promotion, so I’ve been working nonstop.”
“What about that guy you were seeing?”
“Oh, I didn’t tell you, did I? We broke up about a month ago. It wasn’t really a relationship since we only went out a couple of times. I just don’t have time to date right now.”
The phone rang before I could answer. I got up from the couch and picked up the phone from the table, surprised to see an unknown number. I hesitated to answer because it might be some creep, but I decided to anyway in case a potential employer was calling me.
“Hello?”
“Hello, Miss Angel,” a smooth voice said.
I recognized Weston Young’s voice. Thoughts swirled through my mind, and my hands shook.
“Mr. Young,” I managed to say. “What do you want?”
“Call me Weston, please. Would you like to go out for dinner tonight? I have something to talk to you about.”
He was pissing me off, the arrogant fool. “Let me get this straight. You fire me, accuse me of searching for a sugar daddy, and now you are offering to be one. Are you serious?” I asked incredulously. “Because let me tell you, I am not for sale.” I rubbed my temples to soothe my pounding head.
He laughed, and I pressed the phone hard between my fingers, trembling from the adrenaline.
“I didn’t fire you. Hellman did. That was a misunderstanding. You can have your job back if you want it. I apologize for any inconvenience my company may have caused you. Do you want to go out for dinner or not? I assure you that my intentions are honorable, and I believed you when you said you were innocent. I just want to take you out tonight.”
